Default RS fender hole.

I was looking at my 67 inner fenders today and one of them has a large hole about 1 to 1/14 size hole on the flat part that leads forwards under the head light. Is that for the RS bell crank shaft?

Makes me wonder if I have one RS fender?

I will try to remember to take a picture. Maybe one of you guys have a picture already.
