Neat video Teddy. here is a new video of my odyssey and Steve's Pilot. I got mine all back together earlier this week, but it was short lived it must have leaned out today because I melted the piston. The worst part was I was about 4 & 1/2 miles down in a river bottom when she let go.

That looks like a lot of fun! Made my butt cheeks grab the seat a bit.

Sorry about the piston.

Update: I had a wreck today on my kart.
Not sure what happened but i can say this. The kart was running strong and hard.. would barely keep ahead of my buds 5.5 INTEK briggs (the last kart we rolled out of the stable above) and we decided to take about an hour break to let things cool off. Sun went down. After about an hour, we fired em back up and around turn two (fresh concrete parking lot) the front tires broke loose and before I could realize what was happening I hit the carb real hard sidways. It jarred me up a little and broke the rim on the motor side of the kart. ( Ill take photo of damage ) kart just broke loose and I completely lost control in a skid. Anyway shook my head a little jumped off the curb and made another round to see what was going on with the kart, but this time a little slower. Same issues...front tires breaking loose. Checked front tire pressures. I was loosing air. I had went from 15 pounds back down to 10 pounds on both tires. Aired em up, made another round now the ass end is getting loose! WTF????

The tire that i curbed is now going flat! So I parked the kart for the rest of the day. DNF. LOL. Then my girlfriends Kart will not run at all. Getting fire, but one of the pushrods came off the rocker arms. (HF engine)
so I put the push rods back in place tried to start it, the engine farted and huffed and that was it. No compression. I am boxing her engine and taking it back to HF tommorrow. Not sure what they will do as I do not have a receipt and its been passed thirty days. This engine has given us nothing but problems since day one as it has been very very hard to start.
Hopefully they will exchange it. UPDATE: We are selling the Gator Moto kart to upgrade to another kart! Ill post it in the for sale section soon. We are asking $800 for it.

Been workin on my wheels for my kart. I do not care for the black, and because these are euro wheels, I can't find any polished ones. Go figure.
Anyway I bought these off my bud for $20 bux and am in the process of cleaning the powder coat off them and polish them. I have not found any substance known to man to take the coating off. I tried various stuff they mentioned such as 3M's gasket remover. It was supposed to, but did not do anything but make a mess. Did not even thin the powder coat. Tried Airplane stripper, again no go. Got the wire wheel out and got after it as you can see in the first video clip (click first pic).
They will clean up rather nicely, then I am will buy some front tires and rims
and do the same thing.

wow, that video looked really fun. Seems like you start hearing things in your video around the 10 min and again 11, 12, 13... sounds like a squeal or something. Wonder if that was the beginning of what was to happen?

I'm sure you'll have it back up soon and back out with Steve.

Teddy, driving in the turn to fast huh? Bummer...

If you mount the wheel on your cart or something that can spin it while you hold sand paper you can get them wheels looking really good. Just work it with some 400 and go up from there. Should look sharp.
